William Charles Libby
William Charles Libby was born in Pittsburgh in 1919, and studied at the Carnegie Institute of Technology. He was the president of the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh, Associate President at the Carnegie Institute and a member of the American Society of Graphic Artists. His work has been exhibited at the Library of Congress, Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, The Carnegie Institute and elsewhere. Libby died in 1982 in Monroeville, PA. He is best known for precise objects, murals, and graphics.
