Robert Thom
Painter and illustrator Robert Thom specialized in depicting scenes from the past. He painted very detailed, thoroughly researched, and historically accurate portraits of a variety of professions, including pharmacy, medicine, and communications.The Cary Collection, located in Wallace Library, owns several of Thom’s paintings of the history of printing.
