Otto H. Bacher
Painter, etcher, and illustrator Otto Bacher was an early American impressionist. He perfected his etching technique while studying in Munich in the late 1870s. Bacher was a founding member of the Society of Illustrators at its inception in 1901.Artist Gallery (3 Total)
